This morning my rose bushes were in full glorious bloom! I absolutely couldn’t resist walking out to the yard in my pajamas to get a closer look and a couple of Instagram shots. The scent was heavenly! I know why the phrase “stop and smell the roses” was coined. If you can pass by the beckoning aroma of roses and not at least pause to take grateful notice, then you are truly rushing through life and missing some of God’s greatest gifts to us.
